Role Description The Senior Executive Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing engineering activities related to Siemens MV/EHV switchgear, panel spares, industrial Ethernet (Ruggedcom), and numerical relay/automation products. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, coordinating with Siemens and internal teams, and providing application engineering support for projects and solutions.



The role involves configuring and testing automation and communication systems, assisting in product selection, and supporting installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites. The Senior Executive Engineer will also maintain documentation, contribute to process improvements, and support customer training and after-sales technical service. This is a full time, in office role based in Vadodara.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering concepts, particularly MV and EHV switchgear, panel spares, and power system protection.
Experience with numerical relays, substation automation systems, and related configuration and testing tools.
Understanding of industrial Ethernet networks, protocols, and Ruggedcom or similar industrial communication products.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and engineering documents.
