Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.



In this role, the individual will act as the primary point of contact, manage client accounts, understand business objectives, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver digital marketing and web development solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular check-ins, tracking campaign performance, addressing concerns, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. The Client Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery and high client satisfaction. The role also involves gathering feedback, aligning expectations, and contributing to continuous improvement of services and processes.
