Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities in solar energy solutions, manage leads, and build strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential clients.



Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with technical teams to design tailored solar solutions, and following up to close sales. The role involves maintaining an active sales pipeline, meeting defined sales targets, and providing transparent product and service information to support client decision-making. The Sales Executive will also gather market insights, participate in local marketing initiatives, and ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through post-installation support.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related engineering services.
Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward, explicit language.
