About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the electrical, automation, engineering, or renewable energy industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement of electrical and engineering components.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement activities for electrical, automation, and engineering materials.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Source quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize orders.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate purchase records.
Coordinate with vendors regarding availability, pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with the Stores, Project,



Accounts, and Engineering teams for material requirements.
Review purchase requisitions and ensure procurement is aligned with project requirements.
Maintain vendor databases, quotation comparisons, purchase trackers, and procurement documentation.
Support cost optimization and identify opportunities for better pricing and supplier terms.
Monitor pending orders, delivery status, shortages, and material discrepancies.
Assist in resolving quality, quantity, and delivery-related issues with vendors.
Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and approval processes.

Required Skills
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Positive knowledge of electrical components and industrial materials.
Understanding of vendor management, quotation comparison, and price negotiation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic documentation.
