Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at NoBroker.com is a full time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. The HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, support performance management cycles, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on labor and employment law matters, resolving workplace issues, supporting engagement and retention initiatives, and collaborating with HR teams on recruitment, onboarding, and learning programs. The role also requires leveraging HR data and metrics to recommend improvements and drive a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience implementing and improving HR frameworks and processes.
