Role Description The Telecalling Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Salem. The individual in this position will make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage potential and existing customers, introduce Hyperspace Techno’s services,



and gather relevant information. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product and service offerings, addressing inquiries, recording accurate call details, and following up on leads to support customer acquisition and retention efforts. The role involves meeting daily and weekly call targets, adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback from customers. The Telecalling Associate is also expected to maintain a skilled phone presence, contribute to a positive team environment, and support continuous improvement in call processes.
