Role Description The Hairdresser role at Cabello Hair & Beauty Salon is a full time, in office position based in Mumbai. In this role, the Hairdresser will provide hair cutting, styling, and care services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, recommending suitable styles and treatments, performing haircuts and styling,



and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at workstations. The Hairdresser will also assist with scheduling, product recommendations, and ensuring a positive, qualified salon experience for every client. Collaboration with other team members to support salon operations and participate in ongoing training and skill development is expected.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Cutting skills, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and styles.
Candidates should possess solid Hair Care knowledge, including treatments, products, and maintenance routines.
Candidates should possess Cosmetology skills or formal cosmetology training, with an understanding of basic beauty and grooming services.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including explicit communication, active listening, and a professional, courteous demeanor.
