About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our IT products and technology services.
This role is ideal for someone who can identify new market opportunities, build a solid sales pipeline, develop client relationships, create go-to-market strategies, and personally drive opportunities from initial outreach to deal closure.
As an early-stage startup, we are looking for a hands-on professional who is comfortable building business opportunities from scratch, working directly with leadership, and taking complete ownership of revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development and go-to-market strategies for IT products and technology services.
Identify target markets, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
Generate and build a qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking, outreach, referrals, and other business development channels.




Own the complete business development and sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to proposal discussions, negotiations, and deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, CXOs, technology leaders, and other key decision-makers.
Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential revenue channels.
Work closely with leadership on market positioning, pricing, business strategy, and growth initiatives.
Maintain accurate pipeline updates, business forecasts, and CRM records.

What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Growth, preferably within IT products, SaaS, software solutions, AI, or technology services.
Proven experience in generating new business and closing deals independently.
Solid understanding of the complete B2B business development and sales lifecycle.
