Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of medical billing and coding processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with industry standards and client requirements. The Operations Manager will supervise and mentor team members, manage workload allocation, monitor performance metrics,



and implement process improvements. The role also involves coordinating with physicians and their staff, resolving operational issues, maintaining quality control, and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives and operational planning.
Qualifications
Operations management skills, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and process optimization in a service-oriented environment.
Experience in medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, and familiarity with healthcare compliance and payer requirements.
