Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Assist to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans, set ambitious targets, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development:
Contribute to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, training, and motivation to cultivate a strong team culture and drive results.
Sales Operations Management:
Responsible to oversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring smooth and efficient execution of sales processes.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse key data, and prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support decision-making.
Client Relationship Management:
Help to establish, nurture, and maintain solid relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:




Coordinate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
Brand Representation:
Sometimes, represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership.
Regulatory Compliance:
Focus to ensure adherence to sales policies, contractual obligations, and applicable legal and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of import-export procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance in the minerals sector.
Proven ability to independently handle communication with suppliers, logistics partners and customers.
Robust understanding of FOB/CIF terms and their practical application in trade.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
