Campaign Management
• Develop, execute, monitor and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other advertising platforms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, creatives, tracking, bidding strategies and reporting.
• Continuously test ad copies, creatives, landing pages and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
• Candidate must have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing yearly marketing ad spends exceeding ₹1 Crore across multiple digital advertising platforms.
Strategy Development
• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive high-quality traffic and generate leads at optimal CAC.
• Identify growth opportunities across platforms, audience cohorts and funnel stages.




• Build scalable performance marketing frameworks aligned with business objectives.
AI & Automation-Driven Optimization
• Utilize AI-powered tools and platform automation features for campaign optimization, audience analysis, bid management, creative testing and reporting.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Meta Advantage+, Google AI features and automation platforms to improve productivity and campaign performance.
• Implement data-driven decision-making using predictive insights, automated rules and performance forecasting.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and integrate relevant tools into marketing workflows.
Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates and lead quality.
• Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
• Monitor attribution, tracking accuracy and funnel performance across channels.
