Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on driving measurable performance across paid media, search, display, social, and other digital channels. You will be an integral part of a data-driven strategy aimed at achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), increasing conversions, and driving ROI for the business or our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop & Execute Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic platforms.
Audience Targeting: Define and segment audiences for paid media campaigns to ensure messaging and creative are effectively tailored to meet different customer needs.
Ad Creative & Copy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, banners,



landing pages, and other digital assets aimed at maximizing engagement and conversions.

2- Performance Optimization
Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns for performance across key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creative, and landing pages to determine the most effective elements and continuously improve conversion rates.
Bid & Budget Management: Manage media budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are running within allocated budgets while optimizing for the best results. Adjust bidding strategies based on performance data and business objectives.

3- Analytics & Reporting
Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) to track campaign performance and measure key metrics.
