Role Description This is a full time, in office Industrial Automation Engineer role based at Swastik TechnoPack’s facility in Shahapur. The Industrial Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automation systems for production lines across perfume, cosmetics, chemical, and related processing and packaging operations.



Daily tasks include programming and configuring PLCs and control systems, integrating sensors and actuators, and optimizing process control logic for efficiency and reliability. The role involves diagnosing and resolving automation and electrical issues, coordinating with mechanical and production teams during machine installation and commissioning, and implementing improvements to enhance safety, throughput, and product quality. The engineer will prepare technical documentation, support preventive maintenance activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations and successful turnkey project execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Automation and Process Control for industrial machinery and production lines.
