Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Analytics Delivery Lead to help build and scale this capability.
The Analytics Delivery Lead will own the delivery of enterprise analytics, BI solutions, data platforms, and AI-ready data capabilities across GEML.
The role will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, data engineering teams, and external partners to translate business priorities into scalable, trusted, and high-impact analytics solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining analytics delivery, data architecture, BI, governance, stakeholder management and emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise analytics and BI initiatives.




Translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Design and deliver data models, semantic layers, and enterprise KPI frameworks.
Build executive and functional dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent platforms.
Drive data warehouse, data lake, and lakehouse-based analytics solutions.
Partner with engineering teams on ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.
Establish data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, and MDM practices.
Enable trusted, reusable, and AI-ready data assets.
Support AI/ML and GenAI use cases through appropriate data preparation and modelling.
Drive analytics adoption and measure business impact.
Manage delivery timelines, quality, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Work with internal teams and external technology partners to ensure predictable delivery.
Mentor analytics and BI specialists and drive delivery excellence.
