Role Description The Robotics Instructor role is a full time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The instructor will design and deliver robotics and STEM-focused lessons, conduct hands-on workshops, and guide students through building and programming robots using age-appropriate tools and platforms.



Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, setting up and maintaining robotics equipment, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to learners with different skill levels. The role also involves collaborating with school staff to align robotics activities with curriculum goals, conducting training sessions for educators on robotics and related technologies, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. The Robotics Instructor will contribute to ongoing program improvement by providing feedback on teaching materials and participating in curriculum development.
