Role Description The Video Editor (Short Videos) role at Midgrow is a full time, in office position based in Indore. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing short-form video content for various digital platforms,



aligning visual storytelling with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling sequences, applying transitions, color correction, basic sound adjustments, and incorporating motion graphics or text overlays where needed. The role involves close collaboration with content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to adapt video assets for social media, ads, and website use. The Video Editor will also contribute ideas for improving engagement, optimizing formats for different channels, and maintaining a consistent quality and style across all projects.
Qualifications
