Job Title: Business Development Partner (Commission-Based)

Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, self-driven Business Development Partner to identify, pitch, and close current client accounts. This is a 100% performance-based partnership designed for experienced deal-makers who want autonomy, flexibility, and direct financial upside from the revenue they generate.
There is no fixed base salary. Instead, you earn a high-percentage commission for every paying client onboarded, with no caps on your total earnings.

What You Will Do
Prospect & Pipeline: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage target B2B prospects through cold outreach, networking, social selling, and inbound follow-ups.
Pitch & Close: Conduct discovery calls, present our service offerings, navigate objections, and close high-ticket contracts.
Relationship Management:



Maintain warm relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure smooth client handoff and onboarding.

Strategy: Collaborate on refining target audience personas, value propositions, and closing strategies to maximize conversion rates.

Compensation Structure
Deal-Based Commission: Earn [X]% of the contract value immediately upon client payment.
Recurring Revenue Share: Earn [X]% on monthly retainers for the lifetime of active client agreements (or for the first [X] months).

Uncapped Upside: No limits on monthly or annual earnings—the more deals you bring across the finish line, the more you take home.

Quick Payouts: Commissions paid out directly as soon as client funds explicit.

Who You Are
Proven background in B2B sales, account executive roles, high-ticket closing, or agency business development.
Existing network or demonstrated mastery of multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calling).
Self-managed, highly disciplined, and comfortable operating in a purely results-drive
