Role Description This is a full-time, in office Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Bandra. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and coordinating hiring decisions for roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and creating accurate and inclusive job descriptions. The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain recruitment metrics and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing recruitment platforms, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
