Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Staff role based in Gurugram. The Sales Staff member will engage with prospective customers, present Eleph Tech Innovation Smart Home solutions, and clearly explain product features, advantages, and pricing. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing.



Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, following up on leads, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and installation. The Sales Staff is expected to meet assigned sales targets, uphold high standards of customer service, and represent the brand professionally.
Qualifications
