Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Salem. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication and service needs. Responsibilities include understanding client goals, coordinating internal resources to meet those goals, and monitoring account performance and satisfaction. The role involves preparing and reviewing reports, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for account growth or process improvements.



The Account Manager will also support contract renewals, participate in client meetings, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on responsiveness, trust, and transparent communication.
Experience managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend practical solutions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence, presentations, and internal collaboration.
Comfort working in an on-site setting in Salem, engaging with clients and colleagues in person on a regular basis.
Proficiency with standard office software and CRM or account management tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
