Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Executive role based in Patiala, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, and promote Uthra’s product portfolio in line with brand positioning.





Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market visits, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring visibility of products at retail outlets.
The role also involves gathering market intelligence, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams, and supporting product launches and promotional campaigns.
The Sales Executive will represent Uthra Global professionally and uphold the company’s values of quality, trust, and sustainability in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Account management and relationship-building skills with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Basic understanding of FMCG market dynamics, retail operations, and consumer behavior.
