Innova Group is a 30-year-old enterprise with a easy but powerful proposition: everything a company needs to work, under one roof. We operate across three verticals — Space (coworking and managed offices), People (IT staffing), and Technology (enterprise AV/IT solutions) — and we are actively building toward being recognized as India's integrated workspace provider.
This is not three businesses that happen to share a name. It is one company with one vision, and marketing is how that vision becomes visible.
This person will own Innova's brand across all three verticals — not as separate silos, but as one coherent story told in different voices to different audiences. They will understand that a coworking seat needs to be marketed to a founder or a freelancer, a managed office to a 50-person enterprise team, an IT staffing solution to an HR head, and an AV setup to a CTO — and that all of it still needs to feel unmistakably Innova.
They will work closely with the BD team, who own performance, analytics, and ad operations. But this person creates the campaigns,
writes the briefs, sets the creative direction, and is the final approver on everything that goes out. Nothing goes live without their sign-off. Brand integrity is non-negotiable.

Be the custodian of the Innova brand across Space, People, and Technology
Translate the integrated workspace vision into marketing narratives that resonate with each audience
Ensure every piece of communication — regardless of vertical or format — feels coherent and on-brand
Lead brand communications around launches, expansions, and key company milestones
