Senior Manager, Quality Engineering – Automation, AI & Performance

Location: India – Remote

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to lead our automation, AI-enabled testing, and performance engineering initiatives. You will build and develop a high-performing QE team, define the automation strategy, introduce AI and agent-based testing capabilities,



and strengthen performance and reliability engineering across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop Quality, Automation, and Performance Engineers.
Define and execute the Quality Engineering and test automation roadmap.
Drive automation across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Build scalable and maintainable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
Introduce Generative AI and AI agents for feature-file generation, test creation, automation scripting, test analysis, and other testing activities.
Establish governance and review standards for AI-generated test assets.
Provide technical direction for performance, load, stress, scalability, and reliability testing.
Partner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Architecture teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
Track quality metrics and improve automation coverage, test execution time, flaky-test rates, defect detectio
