Webinar Conduct & Management - Direct Responsibility
● Plan and conduct webinars for prospective clients.
● Present the product, trading solutions, and value proposition in a straightforward and engaging manner.
● Handle live questions and objections during webinars.
● Track webinar performance, attendance, engagement, and conversions.
● Continuously improve webinar content and presentation based on audience feedback and conversion data.
One-to-One Client Sessions - Direct Responsibility
● Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients who attend the webinar.
● Understand the client's trading goals, experience, strategy, and requirements.
● Recommend the appropriate product/platform/setup based on the client's needs.
● Explain the complete process from account opening to starting live trading.
● Handle client queries and objections and move qualified prospects toward activation.
Account Opening - Team Guidance
● Guide and support the Account Opening team in converting webinar leads into active clients.




● Ensure clients receive the right information and documentation support during the account-opening process.
● Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
● Track account-opening status and follow up on pending cases.
Client Trading Setup - Team Guidance
● Take ownership of ensuring clients successfully complete their trading/algo setup.
● Guide the team in helping clients with: o Trading account activation o API/platform setup o Algo platform integration o Strategy setup o Paper trading/testing o Live trading activation
● Ensure that clients don't get stuck between account opening and actual trading.
● Monitor activation and identify reasons for drop-offs.
Marketing & Client Nurturing
● Work closely with the Marketing team to create and execute pre-webinar and post-webinar campaigns. ● Suggest campaign ideas based on client questions, objections, and behaviour.
