About the Role

We build custom MIS systems for manufacturing businesses, and we're currently focused on the recycling sector. We're looking for someone to own the top of our sales funnel for this vertical - finding the right companies, starting conversations with decision-makers, and booking qualified product demos.

This is not a generic sales job. In starting You will not be closing deals or managing accounts. For now Your job is entirely about generating qualified meetings — research, outreach, follow-up, and booking demos, consistently, every month.

What You'll Do
Identify and research metal recycling/manufacturing companies that fit our target profile
Find the right decision-maker at each company (owner, plant head, operations head)
Reach out via cold calling, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Handle objections and qualify genuine interest — not just collect callbacks
Follow up consistently until a demo is booked
Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline (Excel/CRM)
Build toward a target of 15–20 qualified demos booked per month

Who We're Looking For




This role is for someone who has already done outbound sales — we don't have the bandwidth to train someone from zero on how to sell. You should have:
1–3 years of experience in outbound/inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or a similar B2B appointment-setting role
A track record you can talk about specifically — real call volumes, real meetings/demos booked, real targets you've hit or missed
Comfort with rejection and follow-up — this is a high-volume, high-persistence role
Basic tech comfort and the discipline to work independently in a remote setup
Bonus: prior experience selling software/SaaS/ERP/Tally/CRM, or any exposure to B2B manufacturing

Compensation
₹10,000/month fixed + performance incentives
