Role Description The Admission Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end admissions process for all institutes within the SaiBalaji Group. The role includes managing inquiries, counseling prospective students and families, conducting campus visits and presentations, and guiding applicants through eligibility verification, documentation, and enrollment.



The Admission Manager will coordinate with academic and administrative teams to plan admission campaigns, schedule entrance assessments or interviews, and ensure timely communication throughout the admission cycle. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring admission targets, preparing reports and dashboards, maintaining accurate records in admission systems, and collaborating on marketing and outreach initiatives such as school/college visits, fairs, and digital campaigns. The role requires proactive relationship-building with stakeholders, continuous process improvement, and adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
