Role Description The Outbound Executive - Night Shift - US Process role is a full-time, in office position based in Rajarhat. The role involves making outbound calls to prospects and existing customers in the US market, presenting company services, and generating interest in multi-cloud and engineering solutions.



The Outbound Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience during each interaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating CRM records, following scripts and compliance guidelines, and meeting performance targets related to outreach, conversions, and customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback and support continuous improvement in processes and services.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
