The Chance
This is not a traditional placements role.
We are looking for a builder who can own the entire employer partnerships function end-to-end.
As Lead – Employer Partnerships & Career Outcomes, you will be responsible for creating and executing Tetr's employer engagement strategy, building a high-performing partnerships team, and ensuring strong internship and job outcomes across geographies.





You will own the complete employer funnel:

Prospecting → Outreach → Relationship Building → Opportunity Creation → Student Placement Outcomes

Your success will be measured not by activity, but by outcomes.

What You'll Own
Career Outcomes Strategy
Design and execute the strategy that drives:
Internship outcomes
Full time placement outcomes
Live projects
Entrepreneurial opportunities
Industry immersions
You will work closely with Career Coaching, Academics, and Leadership teams to align employer demand with student aspirations and capabilities.
Employer Partnerships Function
Build and lead relationships across:
Consulting firms
Venture Capital funds
Private Equity firms
Startups
Growth-stage companies
Technology companies
Consumer brands
Financial institutions
Family offices
Emerging sectors
Your objective is to build a diversified and sustainable employer net
