Reporting To: Operations Head – Official Communication
Overall Coordination: Operations Manager & Project Manager
Location: Mumbai (may need to travel with the client for a rally , public meetings etc.)
Special Requirement: Must be physically available with the client whenever the client is in Mumbai, including meetings, field visits, events and public programmes.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Content Head will act as the communication and research partner to the client, converting the client's thoughts, vision, activities and priorities into impactful, fact-based communication.
Client → Research → Strategy → Content → Official Communication
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Client-Facing Content Support
Remain with the client during Mumbai stay.
Attend significant meetings, field visits, events and public interactions.
Understand the client's vision, priorities and communication style.
Capture client inputs and convert them into communication content.

Research & Intelligence
Work closely with the Research & Strategy Team.
Research Gov/Department-related issues, development projects, schemes and public concerns.
Collect facts, statistics and achievements.
Provide research inputs for speeches, interviews and public communication.
Fact-check key information before public use.

Prepare:
Public-meeting and event speeches inputs
Interview briefs inputs
Press-conference talking points
Meeting briefs talking points
Key messages and quotes inputs
Possible questions and suggested responses
Ensure all communication is aligned with the client's communication style and approved strategy.
D. Event & Rapid Response Communication
Understand the objective and audience of important events.
Prepare speeches, talking points and supporting facts.
Prepare the client for key questions and interactions.
