The team covers campaign and advertising workflows, dashboards and reporting, public APIs, selling flows, and foundational systems that enable sellers and advertisers to grow their enterprises.




MarTech Engineering develops the platforms and capabilities that drive customer marketing and lifecycle engagement throughout eBay. The team concentrates on customer marketing platforms, performance marketing, marketing implementation systems, and the technological foundations that support personalized, measurable, and scalable customer engagement.
About the team and the role
The Ads Engineering and MarTech Engineering teams develop comprehensive products, platforms, and workflows that assist sellers in expanding their businesses. They enable advertisers to achieve specific goals and direct customers to the appropriate inventory when necessary. Their work covers frontend applications, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and contemporary engineering methods.
