Role Description The Personal Secretary to the CEO is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CEO. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings,



coordinating travel and logistics, and preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. The role involves handling correspondence, screening phone calls and emails, drafting documents and presentations, and maintaining records and files with accuracy and confidentiality. The Personal Secretary will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensure timely communication, and help prioritize tasks and projects for the CEO. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented skilled who can anticipate needs, manage multiple deadlines, and support smooth executive operations.
