nWe are seeking a high-performing Senior Associate / Assistant Manager with robust SOX and ICFR expertise, specifically with in the manufacturing industry. The role requires hands-on experience in testing complex SOX areas, working independently with process owners, and delivering high-quality workpapers under tight
ntimelines.
nThe ideal candidate is analytically sharp, detail-oriented, and confident handling complex processes and judgments.

n Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform end-to-end SOX testing (ToD & ToE) across business and IT-dependent controlsn
Independently test complex and judgmental areas, including but not limited to:n
Inventory valuation& reservesn
Standard costing &variance; analysisn
Revenue recognition (manufacturing-specific scenarios)n
Fixed assets & capitalizationn
Journal entries and management review controlsn
Prepare and review SOX workpapers in line with PCAOB and Big 4 standardsn
Perform walkthroughs and control design assessmentsn
Identify control gaps, deficiencies, and support remediation effortsn
Coordinate directly with process owners, controllership, and external auditorsn
Review junior team members’ work and provide on-the-job coachingn
Support SOX scoping, risk assessment, and annual planning activitiesn
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirementsn

n Required Skills& Experience
n
n
5–7 years of experience in SOX / ICFR, preferably in a Big 4 workplacen
Mandatory experience in manufacturing industryn
Solid understanding of COSO frameworkn
Proven experience testing complex SOX controlsn
Hands-on exposure to:n
ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)n
Data analytics–enabled te
