- Assist to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans, set ambitious targets, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.n
- Team Leadership & Development:n
- Contribute to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, training, and motivation to cultivate a strong team culture and drive results.n
- Sales Operations Management:n
- Responsible to oversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring smooth and efficient execution of sales processes.n
- Sales Analysis & Reporting:n
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse key data, and prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support decision-making.n
- Client Relationship Management:n
- Help to establish, nurture, and maintain solid relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business growth.n




- Cross-Functional Collaboration:n
- Coordinate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.n
- Brand Representation:n
- Sometimes, represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership.n
- Regulatory Compliance:n
- Focus to ensure adherence to sales policies, contractual obligations, and applicable legal and regulatory standards.n

nKey Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of import-export procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance in the minerals sector.n
- Proven ability to independently handle communication with suppliers, logistics partners and customers.n
- Strong understanding of FOB/CIF terms and their practical application in trade.n
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship
