nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality onsite technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of end-user systems and office IT infrastructure.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environmentsn
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely mannern
- Manage the complete device lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioningn
- Support office IT infrastructure such as network connectivity, AV systems, and workplace technologiesn
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, conduct inventory audits, and ensure compliance with asset management policiesn




- Collaborate with Level 2 support teams and coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and maintenancen
- Assist in IT projects, office relocations, and technology deploymentsn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure environmentsn
- Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile device supportn
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points)n
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management and inventory controln
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesn
- Strong communication and customer service skillsn
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with remote teamsn
