Responsibilities: - Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Pega applications. - Design and develop Pega applications using Pega LSA methodologies and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions with existing systems. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design,
development, testing, and deployment. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. - Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Pega applications. - Document technical specifications, design decisions, and application architecture for future reference.
