n About the Project
nWe are looking for a Senior Consultant to support a critical Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) project for one of our enterprise clients based in Pune. This engagement serves as a prerequisite for a larger program initiative. The client is currently facing technical challenges that require on-the-ground support—hence, we are seeking a consultant who can work closely with the client team at their Pune location to troubleshoot, implement, and stabilize the workplace.

n Key Responsibilities

Lead the installation, configuration, and migration of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) from version 2.4 to 2.6.n
Provide hands-on technical expertise in automating networking workflows using Ansible.n




Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand current pain points and deliver tailored automation solutions.n
Perform health checks, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of existing AAP environments.n
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections for network automation use cases.n
Ensure smooth cutover during migration with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.n
Document technical designs, migration plans, and operational runbooks.n
Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams as needed.n

n Must-Have Skills (Primary)

Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) – hands-on experience with versions 2.4, 2.5, and 2.6.n
Proven experience in AAP installation, upgrade, and migration (particularly 2.4 → 2.6).n
Robust expertise in Ansible for Networking – automation of network devices (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.) using Ansible modules and collections.n
