We're a fast-moving product team building tools used by home care agencies across all 50 states.

About the Role

What You'll Do
Test AI-driven screening, scoring, and interview assessment flows for accuracy and fairness
Write and execute test cases across web and mobile touchpoints (agency dashboard, caregiver-facing flows)
Identify and document bugs, edge cases, and UX inconsistencies; track them through resolution
Validate background check integration flows and automated onboarding steps
Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to verify fixes before release
Perform regression testing ahead of releases
Help refine QA processes and testing checklists as the platform evolves

What We're Looking For




2+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or assessment/evaluation roles
Robust attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in logic, copy, and UX
Experience testing AI-powered or scoring-based systems is a plus
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering
Transparent, structured bug reporting and communication skills
Prior experience in HR tech, hiring platforms, or healthcare/home care industry is a plus
