Roles & Responsibilities
Scope of work: To evaluate and analyse the requirements of process enhancement in Omni Business.
Requirement: A know how of the Omni business, Know how Stocks Management, Willingness to set the SOP and Adherence
To understand the Omni Business and its requirement
To create an importance of the of Omni business
To create an SOP along with Turn Around Time
Making it sure reduction in Breaches, Cancellations
Making sure availability of Stocks for the Omni business
Stocks Accountability
Business accountability
Stakeholder Management both in front end and back end
Alignment on Discounts
Qualifications & Experience
Should have a minimum of 6+years of experience in handling the marketplace operations in ecommerce industry
Should have a minimum career break of 1 year at present
Should be well versed in analytical and strategic operations
