Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound calls for the US Energy process.
Provide information, assist customers, and ensure issue resolution.
Maintain call quality and adhere to company policies.
Achieve daily/weekly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Class 10
Experience: Minimum 1 year in International BPO preferred (Fresher’s with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Communication: Must have excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.
Shift: Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours)
