Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Quora, Reddit, etc.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and revenue growth.
Perform daily monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, targeting, audiences, landing pages, and CTAs.
Collaborate closely with design and content teams to conceptualize and deliver high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience insights, and new growth opportunities.
Set up, manage, and optimize sales funnels,



including pixel implementation, UTM tagging, and event tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations.
Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently with a robust focus on ROAS, scalability, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Test and experiment with new platforms, formats, and tools to scale paid performance.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry best practices, and performance marketing innovations.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
