Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls generated through digital, channel partner, and referral leads.
Engage with prospective clients through explicit, confident, and persuasive English communication.
Qualify leads, understand buyer requirements, and pitch premium villa/plot offerings accordingly.
Schedule and coordinate site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Build solid rapport with customers and deliver a superior sales experience.
Maintain accurate lead data, call records, and follow-up status in CRM or internal trackers.
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead feedback and campaign effectiveness.
Support closure activities including documentation coordination and handover assistance.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Represent VISIONSTONE with high standards of professionalism, grooming, and etiquette.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent spoken English communication skills (mandatory).
Solid interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Experience in calling-based sales and lead generation.
High level of confidence, presentability, and customer-facing etiquette.
Ability to handle premium clients with discretion and professionalism.
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in calling, lead generation, or real estate sales.
Industry Preference: Real estate experience preferred (premium or luxury segment is an advantage).
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and call trackers.
Immediate joiners preferred.
