Key Responsibilities
Drive business strategy, expansions, and revenue growth aligned with board

goals.
Oversee operations, finances, risks, and compliance in safety/quality standards.
Guide executives, build teams,



and secure key client/investor relationships.

Required Skills and Competencies
Expertise in construction finance, projects, regulations, and sustainability.
Solid leadership, operations, and stakeholder management.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred); 15+ years

construction leadership.
Relevant work experience in the sector
