Key Responsibilities:
Prepare concept, approval, and working drawings for redevelopment & residential projects
Ensure compliance with DCPR / local building regulations
Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire, and liaison consultants
Assist in approvals (IOD, CC, OC, Fire NOC, etc.)
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues
Requirements:
B.Arch with COA registration
Experience in redevelopment approvals and residential planning
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp preferred)
Positive coordination and communication skills
