Job Roles & Responsibilities
Manage recovery portfolio with respect to collections
Contact customers to negotiate payment plans & resolve outstanding balances.
Review accounts for discrepancies & follow up with necessary actions.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities & communications.
Prepare reports on collection performance & provide insights for improvement

Robust communication skill - English & Hindi
Quick learner & Go getter
Ability to work independently
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
