Summary

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & PR
Develop and execute integrated communication and PR strategies aligned with the Foundation’s mission, programs, and advocacy goals.
Conceptualize and implement awareness campaigns highlighting the organization’s work in activism, advocacy, and research.
Build and maintain solid relationships with media specialists, journalists, artists, influencers, and strategic partners.
Prepare communication materials including press kits, briefs, presentations, and talking points for media interactions, meetings, and interviews.
Content Creation & Digital Media
Create high-quality, engaging content such as newsletters,



blogs, reports, press releases, social media posts, and website updates.
Strengthen and manage the organization’s digital presence across website and social media platforms.
Lead multimedia content creation, including podcasts, interviews, short-form videos, and basic video editing.
Collaborate with the social media team to plan, schedule, and promote campaigns and events effectively.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate meetings, calls, field visits, and event logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and communication support.
Prepare and share regular (daily/weekly) updates and reports on campaigns, events, and assigned deliverables.
Work closely with internal teams and maintain effective communication with senior management.
Survivor Communication & Support
Co-manage communication processes involving survivors with sensitivity and respect.
