Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience, preferably from a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency background.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, and market research.
Pitch and present digital marketing, branding, creative, and other agency services to potential clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
Conduct client meetings and understand their business and marketing requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and service pitches.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.




Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Research competitors, market trends, and potential client segments to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
Be willing to travel for client meetings, networking events, and business development activities when required.

Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably within a marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing and agency services.
Excellent pitching, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Strong ability to independently generate business and acquire new clients.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
