We're looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, supporting our sales team while maintaining exceptional client relationships. Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, group bookings, and client interactions in compliance with company procedures
Prepare and organize sales documentation including quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports with meticulous attention to detail
Coordinate site inspections and product demonstrations for prospective clients, ensuring a seamless and qualified experience
Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, data entry, and follow-up on pending opportunities and client concerns
Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases to ensure all information is current, accurate, and accessible to the team
