Role Overview:
Lead the school as its academic and administrative head, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and overall student development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership aligned with schools mission.
Ensure high academic standards and effective curriculum delivery.
Manage staff recruitment, mentoring, and performance.
Maintain discipline, safety, and positive school culture.
Oversee budgets, resources, and compliance with regulations.
Build solid parent, student, and community relationships.
Requirements:
Postgraduate with B.Ed./M.Ed. (preferred).
Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
