Develop and implement productive algorithms and data structures.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship current features.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must-Have Skills:
Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience
Reviews design documents and provides feedback on approach and estimates
Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software.




Ensures that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements
5+ years’ experience as Java/J2EE developer
Solid knowledge of the Spring framework (Spring MVC, Spring boot, Spring Security)
Knowledge of the java frameworks (Spring MVC)
Good knowledge of relational database, specifically Oracle (SQL - PL/SQL)
Strong knowledge of ORM tool (Hibernate preferably)
Strong knowledge of web services (WSDL Soap, Restful) Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Robust communication and collaboration skills

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
Experience with front-end technologies such as Ang
