Job Summary:
The Field Coordinator / Citizen Engagement Executive will be responsible for on-ground execution of DigiMHADA initiatives, facilitating citizen engagement, and ensuring effective communication between MHADA and stakeholders. The role requires active field presence, coordination with multiple teams, and driving awareness and adoption of DigiMHADA services among citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize awareness drives, camps, and engagement programs at MHADA locations, CFCs, and societies
Facilitate regular meetings with local stakeholders, housing societies, and community representatives
Support execution of promotional campaigns and ensure visibility of marketing materials at designated locations
Collect feedback from citizens and stakeholders and report insights for service improvement
Assist in data collection and reporting related to user engagement and outreach activities
Ensure smooth coordination between field teams, ICT Cell, and other departments
Key Result Areas (KRA):
Number of outreach programs and engagement activities conducted
Citizen participation and engagement levels across locations
Timely execution of assigned field tasks and campaigns
Quality and actionable insights from field feedback
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Experience in working at the ground level with citizens and stakeholders
Proven ability to conduct meetings, outreach activities, and on-field coordination
Skills Required:
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in local language (Marathi) - both spoken and written
Ability to engage with diverse groups and handle field-level challenges
Valuable coordination and organizational skills
